Rapidemo is a superb tool if you need to create a product demo quickly. Very easy to use, has all the functionality you need for a great video and doesn't require any video-editing skills.
It's incredibly good, the best one I've tried for recording my screen. However, I don't know if there's an export option available in the free demo. I hope we can export videos in the free demo version.
