On Rainforest for the trial; the support has been pretty helpful but today it timed out and cant find anyone now but they were helpful off and on for an hour. I've done many test setups correctly on it, and some snippets, and often the preview runs through, but often, any step I've setup accurately, for some reason, does not now work at all and stops/times out the test, because the region i scanned for the next step, is no longer accurate. Also, they don't have an exact compatibility for Mac users on Chrome, which is bizarre but may be the accuracy issue? Dont know; their Intercom support widget is crashing.
