QuickBooks is a painful piece of software to use. We are currently in the processes of developing an in-house solution to replace it.
it works, and has a lot of flexibility and customization, but is slow and clunky and can be a pain, especially coming from other software that's lightning fast. still, can't complain because it does as advertised.
