I was trying to cancel my booking because I had to work the day of event and request a refund. The reasoning of me had to work was out of work for awhile due to being sick and very dehydrated in the hospital for a week. So i feel im being punish that i got sick and i cant make it now. I dont know my schedule to reschedule so thats not a option.
