Love that it’s data driven and gets smarter over time - truly the smartest natural solution to getting better sleep I’ve come across so far
I've looked for similar apps but here is nothing close to this out there. The app gets better with new features being added on an ongoing basis.
I've tried quite a few methods to help me sleep. While it may not be infallible it's certainly proven it can help me.
I’ve used this product even before it was an app. I’ve used this since 2005 to easily get to sleep and stay asleep. I use this EVERY night when I go to bed. Amazing product.
