PushAlert is a user engagement, retention and marketing automation platform which allows you to push real-time notifications to your website users on both mobile (without an app) and desktop.
This seems like a really interesting product and would be great for getting directly infront of users directly on their phone/browsers. However, I tried the demo on both mobile (iOS) and desktop (Chrome) and even after allowing for notifications, I did not see any notification come up on either device. Would love to try it out with a working demo and see if this can be valuable for us :)
@puneet_kohli Hi Puneet, thanks for reaching out. iOS currently doesn't support web push notifications, but Apple will be adding support in early 2023. Coming to Desktop, you may have disabled notifications for the entire browser. If you are on MacOS, click on the Apple icon, head to Preferences, search for Notifications and allow notifications for the Chrome app. Similarly if you are on Windows, click on Start, type Notifications and open Notification and Action Center, scroll down to Chrome and allow it to show notifications. If you still face any issues, we have chat support available on our demo page as well, please reach out there for a quick revert.
