The hardware quality is excellent - I've had zero unexpected downtime and the NVMe storage performs as advertised (consistently hitting 1,800+ MB/s in benchmarks). Their DDoS protection has successfully mitigated three attacks on my game server without any noticeable impact on legitimate traffic. Support is responsive - tickets are answered within 15-30 minutes during business hours. The technicians actually understand technical details rather than giving scripted responses.That said, their English-speaking team could be more available during weekends. One minor complaint: their custom control panel, while functional, isn't as intuitive as cPanel/Plesk. The learning curve isn't steep, but it takes some getting used to.
