ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE QUALITY. I paid the annual fee thinking I would get access to advanced features of higher quality and I did not and NOW they do not want to give me a refund. The bot is clunky and just repeats the question. You can not easliy make modifications through the bot once a presentation is generated. This is a terrible product and I'll be going through my bank to get my money back.
I liked the ad and the idea of the app but they do not give any free trial so i am unable to judge the performance.
Pop AI traps users in a predatory subscription model making cancellation nearly impossible. Their support is unresponsive their interface is deceptive and they hide behind automated responses. This is not bad service it is deliberate fraud designed to exploit customers. Avoid Pop AI at all costs.
PopAi is a useful app. I have not used ChatGPT 4 before, so I'm not sure about the advantages of PopAi over ChatGPT4. The upload PDF feature is great, and I have used it a lot. I have purchased the 1-year subscription. Yet, I wish they improve their customer service if: 1-If they allow cancellation of the subscription immediately after the purchase by refunding the money. 2-Respond to messages about issues and concerns about billing. 3-Have a feature to cancel automatic renewal (because if it gets renewed, they won't give back your money). 4-Also, I tested if I can cancel the current billing so it won't get renewed next year, and I received the following message, which is concerning: 'Leaving so soon? You'll miss thrilling new features, plus lose access to your uploaded documents forever—even resubscribing won't bring them back. Stay for simplicity, stay for the future!' I would like to know why all my uploaded documents will be deleted if I cancel my subscription. PS: There is 200 limit per month for using ChatGPT 4. Not sure if it is better to just buy ChatGPT 4 and have nearly unlimited access to ChatGPT 4 or use PopAi.
Good for research work, expecialy when you tied down with alot of work writtings....
Super efficient and easy to use. It can do general GPT talk. It can generate contents based on your pdf, no matter if it is an article, slides in pdf or scanned pdf (it can do OCR). It can generate ppt from pdf by one click. It also has many useful predefined prompt or...I don't know if it is only a prompt, because it can present its information not just in a very long paragraph, but also in a very well_organized layout with sections and links and images. It can also read pictures. They have many useful template for that too. The image generation part is bad, at least for now. But overall it is helpful
