It's relatively manageable when your community is small, but as it grows, maintaining that sense of inclusivity and genuine connection becomes exponentially harder. That’s actually one of the core reasons we developed features like comment engagement tracking and sentiment analysis, alongside our broader social listening tool. These capabilities are designed to help brands stay deeply connected to their communities by focusing on what truly matters: understanding when people mention your brand (tagged or not), how your comments resonate, what your audience is saying in real-time and how they truly feel about it. Aw, thanks @sofia__bettari!! You support literally means so much. Thats a great question! The answer is YES! When we built our social listening, we did it specifically to fill the gap that was missing from traditional listening tools—which was a lack of video. This was perhaps the most challenging part to build but now that we have this down, we're certainly going to be expanding into text-based content which will lead us to other channels. As a b2b girlie (especially on LinkedIn), I'm the biggest internal advocate!
