Starting to have big issues over at Pixlmob with syncing/file delivery. Was basically told nothing was wrong, got charged for images I didn't receive and had to hire another editor. Starting to see what others are talking about with the mob. So begins the quest to find another editing service. Also, ran into another photographer is having the same issues. Bummer!
What other says, its for amateurs and small scale business. Horrible customer service and arrogant people, only there for the money. Just take a look in the comments here, and youll see that the Pixlmob rep is hiding behind the keyboard and only responds to postive feedback, which means, they dont care about quality.
Excellent product and fantastic team - highly recommend giving it a shot!
Needs work. There is no way to upload images when reviewing editors for reference when edits go south, or when edits are amazing. Would like to see more experienced editors as well. Good idea, but currently seems like cheap labor. Saw a hired Youtube photographer advertising for Pixlmob, but I'm pretty confident that this photographer hasn't put them through the test.
