In my opinion, it’s a scam. I received an email that promised a free pro plan once I answer a survey. I did I exactly that and got nothing. I emailed them back but got no reply. Companies that deceive and lie and trick people do not deserve my money.
UPDATE March, 2025: they contacted me with the promised Pro Plan but I’m yet to try it. I’m updating my rating to 2 stars till I try it myself.
