In my opinion, it’s a scam. I received an email that promised a free pro plan once I answer a survey. I did I exactly that and got nothing. I emailed them back but got no reply. Companies that deceive and lie and trick people do not deserve my money. UPDATE March, 2025: they contacted me with the promised Pro Plan but I’m yet to try it. I’m updating my rating to 2 stars till I try it myself.
Made generating a basic pitchdeck easy - the questions flowed and it wasn't difficult to explain. I did notice that Pitchbob didn't really analyse& synthesize the responses in the pitch deck. It simply used what I gave it.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY - do not be fooled by the ChatGPT integrated chatbot, their actual presentation maker is trash and they offer absolutely no customer support to ensure customer satisfaction. I am very disappointed that i wasted an hour chatting with their bot only to be given a horrible product that i will never be able to use. When i reached out to them via email they said "refunds are impossible" and nothing more to help improve the quality of their product. Once again ,if they had even attempted to resolve the matter i wouldn't be so furious. Absolute waste of money, time and energy.

I'm just starting my new startup and needed a pitch deck, but I wasn't sure where or how to begin. Then I found pitchbob.io, and I'm so glad I did. Thanks to it, my investor meetings look perfect!
A literal scam. You are wasting your time and money if you move any further.
