In my opinion, it’s a scam. I received an email that promised a free pro plan once I answer a survey. I did I exactly that and got nothing. I emailed them back but got no reply. Companies that deceive and lie and trick people do not deserve my money. UPDATE March, 2025: they contacted me with the promised Pro Plan but I’m yet to try it. I’m updating my rating to 2 stars till I try it myself.

Literal scam. The quality of the generated documents is low. Really really low. - Slides are badly structured, misaligned, with spelling mistakes and literally just text placed in the middle of the slides. - It asks you where you're located, but produces slides saying you start-up is located in heart of Silicon Valey. - All materials that you're getting are having Pitchbob.io branding, like you're promoting their company not yours. - Bot questions and suggestions are total rubbish. - List with VC and outreach people is with questionable quality - Prefilled Accelerator /VC applications are useless. Saying half backed will be overstatement. Do not waste your time and money on this scam. You want be able to get your money back. Get yourself a subscription to ChatGPT or anything else, for sure will be more useful

The system is constantly resetting as I go through the questions. Unable to get the final output without it going back to square one. Requested a refund and denied that privilege. Waste of money.

Made generating a basic pitchdeck easy - the questions flowed and it wasn't difficult to explain. I did notice that Pitchbob didn't really analyse& synthesize the responses in the pitch deck. It simply used what I gave it.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY - do not be fooled by the ChatGPT integrated chatbot, their actual presentation maker is trash and they offer absolutely no customer support to ensure customer satisfaction. I am very disappointed that i wasted an hour chatting with their bot only to be given a horrible product that i will never be able to use. When i reached out to them via email they said "refunds are impossible" and nothing more to help improve the quality of their product. Once again ,if they had even attempted to resolve the matter i wouldn't be so furious. Absolute waste of money, time and energy.
