Phare provides a nice and clean UI, actually the best that I have seen for a monitoring tool so fare. But you got many more features, like a status page with custom domain, own alert rules and alerting from different regions. The pricing was always a problem, as it was too expensive. But they made some adjustments, and for 5 bugs per month, it is a no-brainer to start with a solid monitoring infrastructure.
The pricing structure is somewhat unclear and can lead to uncertainty about the final cost, making it less budget-friendly.
