I was so impressed by the Petsies team that I'm shocked to ever see a bad review. Not only are they extremely talented (they nailed all the details of my pet - he looks perfect), but they are also just lovely human beings! Seriously, reach out to their CSR team or whoever managers their social media and you'll actually be talking to a real person that cares about their customers. 5 stars!!
I seriously can't fathom how people are leaving bad reviews. They are some of the kindest people I've ever worked with! And they did an incredible job on my two Petsies. I got an Irish Setter (24 inches - he's HUGE lol) and a cockapoo (16 inches). I've also gotten pillows, blankets and even their felted ornaments as gifts for family and friends. Everyone is obsessed! Also, for people saying they only show good reviews, you can't actually delete reviews with Google. And almost all of their reviews on Google are super positive!
In my life, ordering from them is one of my biggest regret. The dog stuffed toy they have send me is not at all resembles the actual one. Even if I m drunk and has a drizzly vision, this thing will be close to the actual one. And it cost me heavily more than the amount I paid. I selected for sit down pose, they gave me standing pose. The quality of legs is so poor, that the toy barely stands. I can understand pain of everyone in review section with poor reviews. Save your money, don’t buy from them.
