The app randomly glitched today and I lost all of my college materials. I am not okay right now and contacted customer support but they have not gotten back to me.
It randomly glitched for me yesterday and I lost a years worth of collage materials.... 1 week before my term projects were due. I have contacted customer support and am waiting for them to get back to me. I've made new test files and they just keep auto delating. I like the other reviewer am also not okay.
After trying many apps of its kind, Penbook is the one app that has made me switch from OneNote once and for all. Because of the wide variety of templates it offers, I’ve always been able to find what I’m looking for, and it just feels like writing on a traditional paper notebook, while having all the advantages of drawing on a computer.
As said, there’s pretty much nothing to object about this app: it just does what it promises to do. Nonetheless, there are some bugs (it may just be my PC) when I try to save a document with a specific template: when I open the app again, the document is there, but the template is blank, so I have to select it again every time.
