Completely fraudulent "lifetime" deal. They launched it, knowing darn well they were expected to hold up their end of the bargain. And then they come out and basically say they've grown SO MUCH that they can't handle our LTD accounts anymore. I remember when LTD users were appreciated for giving a SaaS a much needed initial injection of cash. It sucks when LTD's go out of business, but it's wild to be like thanks for supporting us when we needed it the most, now buzz off.
👏🎉 Huge congrats to Andrew, the creator of Parsio! 🙌 I'm blown away by this amazing tool that simplifies data extraction and entry. 🤖 With Parsio, parsing templates and AI-powered parsers, extracting structured data from emails, PDFs, and files like Excel, HTML, CSV, XML, JSON, and more is a breeze! 🚀 The real-time export of parsed data to Sheets, webhooks, and apps via Zapier/Make/n8n is a game-changer. I have a question: does Parsio offer any support for non-technical users to set up the parsing templates? 😊
Intentional Service Downgrade for first users, my paid account has been closed because of this review. I’ve been using Parsio for over two years now, and I was one of the first users since I signed up through AppSumo. I was thrilled with the service, which worked extremely well until last November. I was using Parsio to extract data from certain emails I receive. However, the email forwarding feature no longer works, and Parsio no longer "receives" emails forwarded by Gmail. The customer service, which is extremely poor by the way, suggested I subscribe to a €30/month add-on to get the service working again. I’ve perfectly understood the move: Parsio intentionally degraded the service for AppSumo customers in order to force them into a paid monthly plan. I find that shameful and disgraceful.
Proceed with Caution: Disappointing Treatment of Early Adopters by Parsio Be careful of this company and its founder, as they have shown a disregard for their early adopters, or "sumolings." It is disheartening to witness a company that fails to appreciate the support and investment made by early adopters who believed in their potential. When a company neglects the individuals who contributed their money and time during the critical early stages, it raises concerns about their integrity and commitment. If a company is willing to overlook the loyalty of those who helped them establish a foothold, one can only wonder how far they might go in compromising their principles. It is essential to exercise caution when dealing with Parsio. While their offerings may seem enticing, potential customers should be aware of the company's questionable treatment of early adopters. The decision to support a company should be based on a careful evaluation of their track record and how they honor their commitments. In summary, prospective customers are advised to approach Parsio with caution. The disappointing treatment of early adopters raises doubts about the company's values and dedication to their customers. Be vigilant and make informed decisions before engaging with Parsio.
The product is best in class and the team has been super helpful whenever we've needed any help!
