Completely fraudulent "lifetime" deal. They launched it, knowing darn well they were expected to hold up their end of the bargain. And then they come out and basically say they've grown SO MUCH that they can't handle our LTD accounts anymore. I remember when LTD users were appreciated for giving a SaaS a much needed initial injection of cash. It sucks when LTD's go out of business, but it's wild to be like thanks for supporting us when we needed it the most, now buzz off.

Intentional Service Downgrade for first users, my paid account has been closed because of this review. I’ve been using Parsio for over two years now, and I was one of the first users since I signed up through AppSumo. I was thrilled with the service, which worked extremely well until last November. I was using Parsio to extract data from certain emails I receive. However, the email forwarding feature no longer works, and Parsio no longer "receives" emails forwarded by Gmail. The customer service, which is extremely poor by the way, suggested I subscribe to a €30/month add-on to get the service working again. I’ve perfectly understood the move: Parsio intentionally degraded the service for AppSumo customers in order to force them into a paid monthly plan. I find that shameful and disgraceful.

Parsio is an impressive product. The team doesn't stop developing new awesome features. Parsio now supports GPT parser to extract any data from emails and PDFs. It's a real game changer. You might not be aware of this, but there's a good chance that you can automate many of your routine business tasks using the email and document parser like Parsio.
