Firstly, Intercom has limitations when it comes to the number of sources you can use. On the other hand, our platform enables you to gather information from multiple sources, creating a comprehensive and adaptable knowledge base. Our system is designed to learn from this data and operate autonomously, making it an excellent choice for automation of customer service and similar tasks.  Additionally, in the near future, we plan to operate independently from ChatGPT, enabling free usage of our solution. Currently, it's free with limited resources, and when you consider Intercom's pricing, you'll find that any of our plans are significantly more budget-friendly.  Furthermore, we're developing Embed as a separate product, independent of PandaChat Assistant. This will give users complete control over their chatbots, allowing completely customized and tailored experience.
