What is Outreach Grid?

Outreach Grid is a dedicated platform used for assisting individuals experiencing or about to experience homelessness. Specialized tools are provided for outreach teams, officers, case managers, and other homelessness teams to use for understanding, managing, and collaborating to end homelessness.
