I moved into the Bedford House last week and am feeling really positive about my experience. Everyone I’ve interacted with at Outpost has been extremely kind and professional. My bedside lamp wasn’t working so I put in a maintenance ticket that was resolved the very next day. For perspective i moved in around 7pm the day earlier. It is such a joy to know that I can get directly in touch with people accountable for fixing maintenance issues rather than desperately trying to flag down a no-name landlord that will literally never fix them. Outstanding experience so far!
Fantastic location and superb service. I found the whole experience from checking in to using the communal areas very smooth and enjoyable. The team is always ready to help with any issue.

I stayed at one of their locations for three months while working remotely, and overall, it was a good experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and customer service was responsive whenever I had questions. One thing I really liked was the location in Queens — there’s a lot to explore, and it’s quieter than some of the other boroughs. The only downside was that the apartment could feel a bit crowded when everyone was home, but luckily, I spent a lot of time outside.

The best place I’ve lived in NYC. Great amenities, friendly staff, and a beautiful room. Also, the process of moving in was incredibly smooth, which made the transition much less stressful.
If you want a modern looking new home that has a functional design, outpost is an ideal option for you. My apartment is filled with well designed furniture and top of the line home appliances. That being said, the acoustics need some work too, especially during larger social events, noise pollution can be an issue. But nonetheless, the community here is quite friendly and lively, and the management is extremely supportive of personal requests.
