Overall experience started with great promise, great versatile platform to build complex quizzes, but the sales propcess and sales team/management let them down. On a number of occasions I was left in shock, even after telling them categorically what I wanted, still not sure, in the process, need more time etc. They failed to meet expectations or go over and beyond knowing they had information about what I am concerned about or needing extra support.
The eComm feature comes hand in hand with their quizzes, polls, and calculators. Good bargain.
we got to beta test the software and worked closely with the development team to provide our feedback. it's a great product and we are happy to review it.
we made an interactive product segmenter for our website and we've seen good returns.
