The real-time transcription is incredibly accurate, and I love how it syncs perfectly with voice recordings, making it easy to revisit key moments. The ability to highlight, search, and share notes streamlines collaboration with my team. It’s a must-have app for saving time and staying organized! My only feedback would be to improve handling of accents for even better accuracy. Overall, highly recommended!

I have been using Otter for a couple of months and it really helps me with my meetings. It gives me a nice summary of keywords and full transcription. Moreover, the competitive things for me are using annotation and commenting on important parts of the text (transcription of meeting). Besides, Otter's integrations are really awesome. Personally, I use Google Meet more due to it being my preferable way of communication, and also Otter offers to use its integration for free. All in all, I really like Otter and look forward to bringing more features (like suggestions while editing transcriptions, what Grammarly does, or a summary of the meeting!) soon.

Otter Chat is awesome for creating quick follow up emails thanking clients for their time, reviewing what was discussed, and creating an agenda for a follow up a call. If I have a follow up call with a client I will go to my Otter Chat from my last call with that client and ask "What were the most important topics on this call" to get a quick and succinct list of everything I discussed with that client to prep for the follow up meeting.
