The application has many errors, it does not connect to the social media messenger, it constantly marks errors, it forgets the learning instructions and it is quite confusing, and the customer service is terrible.
Unfortunately we rely on their white label solution to provide a service to our clients but they are constantly making changes that complicate being able to use this service and offer it as a white label. The support via email or chat is terrible and they never answer or give a solution.
