Extremely buggy. Constant issues. Not user friendly. Frequently down. Does not have BASIC features that most patient portals do.

OnPatient is connected to our EHR and is pretty embarrassing. We experience frequent login problems and if the patient IS able to login, messaging functionality is poor. The system doesn’t thread messages, so when you reply to a message, you can no longer see what you are responding TO. Threading conversations has been a thing for 20+ years. Additionally you can only attach one file per message, theoretically. I say theoretically because unless the patient waits several long seconds after the file appears to be attached before hitting send, no attachment comes through.
