Most reliable ride-hailing software I have used. The team is supportive and very responsive. I can say that they have made a great progress over the years and have taken all the previous feedbacks into consideration.
Ever since they had a system/app update end of 2017 their whole system collapsed with too many server issues. After 8 months they still had connection problems making their apps the most unreliable on the market.
