Hi, hunters and makers! 🚀 🏗️ I’m Frederik, from Officevibe, makers of Good Vibes. We are super excited to be sharing this project with you all here today. We spend all our time imagining and delivering on new and better ways to work — at home and in the office. So, as you can imagine, we knew we had to do something about the dire state of recognition in the workplace. Over a third of employees are unhappy with how frequently they are recognized, and more than half feel their achievements are less noticed by higher-ups since moving to remote work. It’s clear something is broken, and we want to help fix it. To build Good Vibes we went back to the basics, and back to our tried-and-true recipe: making recognition simpler and kinder. We really hope you fall in love with it just like we did! 3 reasons we love it (and hopefully you will too): ️ 💌 It's fun and easy, giving everybody the ability to give and get recognition and create shared moments. 🫶 It surfaces all the little wins, good deeds, and kind words that may otherwise go unseen by managers and leaders, especially while working remotely. ❤️ It’s genuine, truly peer-to-peer, and super meaningful. No gamification, rewards, or noisy public praise walls here. How it works 📝 : Employees are prompted with pre-written messages on delightful little cards. When they find just the right one, they can add their own custom message and send it to a special colleague. When you receive a card, you click and hold to reveal your colleague's kind words for a fun moment of celebration. Managers and employees discuss recognition received and given, keeping a much-needed focus on the positive aspects of their work. But wait there’s more... ❗️ Culture leaders, you can soon create custom Good Vibes collections ✨. Collections allow you to add sets of recognition cards that help you promote your company’s values, or any other theme, as your teams recognize each other using Good Vibes. You'll also soon be able to toggle Good Vibes cards and collections on and off to fine-tune the vibe of your company’s recognition, or simply mix things up a little.
