We are using Lattice in our organization for over a year now and it transformed our approach to employee performance and engagement. Its only drawback is that it offers an overwhelming amount of analytics that can be hard to navigate. It is also not the cheapest option on the market, but in our case it works effectively and totally worth the money. Goal setting and progress tracking is something every business needs for continuous growth.
Great way to bring more clarity and honesty (not to mention constant skill growth) in the workplace. Certainly a step towards better career development and job/advancement transparency - something I find lacking in many businesses and workplaces today.

When I joined my company, we were 'using' Lattice, but we weren't really. Nate was great to get me up to speed quickly, sharing his knowledge, time and ensuring we could get ourselves set up for a formal cycle within a day or two.
