This is a brilliant idea. If executed correctly, this could have an huge impact on the ways skills are represented and even go to an extent that this becomes a better way to present your experience than a resume or cover letter. Today, most of the people are self taught and there is no way to prove how much of energy and time has been spent on mastering self learned skills. This is an important data for the human resources and there is no way to view and interpret it. Ocu unlocks this and might make a paradigm shift in job market.
