It looks like a great product! For generating copy, is it only available in English? Do you plan to add other languages, if yes, what languages will it be?

@l_u_n_e_a Hi Alicja, Thank you! Currently, we only support English - you can hover to do some pretty cool translations in our 'GOD MODE'. We do plan on launching a multi-lingual offering, for the major 20 languages! (Mandarin Chinese, Spanish, English, Hindi, Bengali, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese, Western Punjabi, Marathi, Telugu, Wu Chinese, Turkish, Korean, French, German, Vietnamese, Tamil, Yue Chinese and Urdu). @veerdosi Yes, same as Hootsuite doesn't mention it. It's a marketing trick, but it does mention it everywhere else on the website.

Negative. App does the worse job with scheduling, it is a nightmare. Support is unhelpful, slow. Asked for a refund, tas performance was very poor, didn’t manage to use it even once. Support said it is not acc to their policy to do refunds.

Slow customer support. False Feature promises. There are several positives. Great A.I. features. Clean layout. Easy to use UI. But the lack of support makes this not worth the time when issues arise. I have been trying to get help with an account issue for over a week from the time of this post.
