I pre-ordered a Nuka product, excited by its innovative concept. Unfortunately, my order, due June 2022, never arrived. As of July 2023, I’ve heard nothing, and the company seems to have vanished. While I had hoped to support Nuka’s innovation, this lack of service and communication is disappointing.

After funding the original Nuke External Stationary item on kickstarter in 2019 i am still waiting for my item. Even though they are advertising it for sale on their site , they have not sent me one after almost 3 years
It is a scam. I placed one order on Jan 2022 and never received my bundle. It is 9 April, 2023 and the customer support mail account of nuka expired. The last time I heard from them was 14 June, 2022. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM OR THEIR FOUNDERS
I ordered the Nuka almost two months ago. My credit card was already charged but I haven’t received anything from Nuka. No order confirmation, no delivery status, not even a single response to my emails. Worst customer experience ever. If you ask me, Nuka is nothing but a scam.
I ordered it in February. The order was delayed until April. I've been waiting for my order ever since. I have contacted them but I am still waiting for a response.
I’ve been following Nuka since it first announced on kickstarter. Thankfully, I decided not to order then. After they announced their batch on their website in April I decided to take the risk and order one, with promises that it would be delivered between 5th-10th of May. It’s now July 3rd and all I’ve experienced from this company is a massive lack of communication, secretly pushing back dates, and no notebooks delivered to anyone as far as I can tell. The concept is good, and I understand that a lot of delays can be attributed to supply chain issues and the war in Ukraine. However, that does not excuse the lack of communication and empty promises. If the product isn’t ready, don’t promise a delivery date. If that delivery date changes, send an email to your customers to keep them in the know. The most frustrating part of this whole experience has been the lack of communication and for this reason, I will not buy another one of these notebooks and I won’t be recommending it to anyone anymore either. If you like the concept, buy one to have. You might actually get it one day, you might not. I won’t be requesting a refund because I’ve already waited this long, might as well stick it through.
