Massive amount of innovation coming out of this group recently. Been delighted by the real time payments and the new front end they've produced.
Horrible online bank, there are so many better options out there. Support is unhelpful, integrations do not exist although they've promised this forever, simple transactions are a headache. I would never recommend this bank to anyone.
We dodged a bullet getting out from NorthOne before the holiday season starts. Never doing one of the internet only banks without an actual location and working phone number. If you’re a small business, avoid avoid avoid! I’m so thankful that we saw the red flags before the holidays.

I am thoroughly impressed with North One's user-friendly experience. They truly understand the needs of small businesses when it comes to banking and provide even more than expected. Having been with North One for two years, I can attest to their exceptional customer service team, who are always responsive and helpful whenever I need assistance. I highly recommend this company to anyone considering joining.
Holding a wire because I didn't activate my debit card. I doubt this is even legal.
Just Stay away from NorthOne. Was having trouble with transferring funds in. I told them that you cost me business because I was not able to fund my account, they suspended my account and now my remaining balance is stuck with them and God knows when I will get it back.
It is terrible. It was pitched as part of Profit First methodology and doesnt even do the basics of what's required to effectively execute that business management or profit management approach. There are no automated transfers between accounts and your "envelopes" are a joke. On top of which the customer care is shoddy and there are fees for things there just shouldn't be fees for. I'm closing my acct today.
Having tried several banking options, I've found that North One is a game-changer for my business. The mobile app is super easy to navigate, and it's helped me do all my financial tasks in one place. Plus, their customer support team has helped me out a lot and they're extremely knowledgeable. Really glad I switched to North One!
