How beautiful the catch line is ‘What does your DNA say about your health and ancestry?’ -Yeah,I also got carried away by this catch line I wish to reveal to you how I got CHEATED by Nebula Genomics , USA and their website is NEBULA GENOMICS is a BIG SCAM & it is a team of FRAUDSTERS! Pre-sales, Nebula Genomics will respond and impress us as a customer to get connected with them and to purchase the package. As a victim of this fraudster,I purchased the package and made the payment online , and courier mailed the DNA sample at a very high cost, but after so much delay their reports were sent to me which was not in a readable format . Then, after struggling so much with their support team I was referred to another company named " YFULL " to do a decoding of their reports at an extra cost, which I did . But ,the outcome was strange and was not having any connect to my ancestry. Then, I did further communications with Nebula, but got nowhere with them where I asked them to either send me a proper report on my ancestry, or I would stop paying their minimum pending subscription fees ; But got nowhere with them ! I got completely lost and finally realized that Nebula Genomics is cheating!! then I stopped paying the final minimum subscription fee and demanded Nebula to deliver their promises or to refund me with all the payment done by me till now . They never even considered my request and to my surprise they even blocked my account with them in their system where I was unable to access my reports and they ignored my all follow-up communications. Now I need the the whole world to know how Nebula Genomics , USA is playing with the customers and literally THEY ARE SCAMMERS EXPLOITING THE EMOTIONS OF THE CUSTOMERS. Please stay alert and think very well before you deal with this company… Thank you and hope this review will be helpful for you..

A lot of information if you're knowledgeable in the area. This is meant for people who are curious as the full data access is absolutely top notch and it's a very educational experience. However it has taken more time than expected to have my kit sequenced so one has to be patient

The results I got back are not my DNA! I'm female, but got a full y-tree and all the sequencing for a Y chromeasome ( ACTG) plus my propensity to diseases etc do not match my health history or my entire family health history. The company had stopped responding to my emails and is not taking any impressive to resolve this. I'm beyond disappointed.

The file type you need almost everywhere is the 23andme format. They don't offer it. You'd think there's an easy way to convert the raw data to 23andme, right? That's what I thought before buying. Wrong! Note, that I'm a pretty technical guy, I can code several languages, and I did not manage. The Nebula blog itself has a super outdated "side note" on how to convert their file to 23andme. And it doesn't work. All scripts online are outdated, too. They also don't tell you what version their raw files are in, or give you any other help. The height of frustration? The Nebula blog is littered with articles about services that DON'T SUPPORT THEIR FORMATS. So they make you think there are all of these services you can use, and after you pay them to sequence your DNA you find out that HAHA, you can't. My guess is that it would take them 3-4 developer days, max 1 week to offer their own files in 23andme format. But they won't do it, because they want you to pay their super expensive subscription fee. I thoroughly regret having paid more money for files that I can't use.

The process takes an exceedingly long time and their website does not correctly update on where the sample is in the process. Most of their site hasn't been updated since 2021. 2021 is frequently seen. Half of the tools they provide you once you do get your data do not work. The files you will receive from them are of low quality and not readable by many outside services. I would avoid this company. One important thing to note is that they do not provide any images of the web application they want you to subscribe to. This is because it is not at all the way the public site describes it to you. It's garbage.

These guys are thieves. They received my samples at the beginning of 2021, informed me about data readiness, and after 6 months of "dealing" with my case as data couldn't be uploaded, they just disappeared. No money back, no data! Their customer support is pathetic! I'm planning to lodge a court case against them for my personal DNA data theft (as well as money theft).
