I signed up with MyDesigns on August 6, 2023, and purchased a year of their Pro services. On November 25, 2023, the MyDesigns company ran a promotion for a Pro Plus plan that I purchased with the understanding that my previous purchase of the Pro plan would be refunded to me on prorated terms, as promised by the owner of MyDesigns, Curtis Blackmore, in one of the community board messages. However, the prorated refund was never issued. I wrote a message to the company asking them to look into it, but I never got any reply. After trying out the upgraded services for several hours, I realized they were not meeting my expectations (it was laggy and frustratingly slow), and I canceled the service on the same day, November 25, 2023, from my account page. However, instead of a refund, the note on my account stated that my cancellation was pending for a year from the day of purchase. I wrote a message to the MyDesigns company using their refund form, explaining that I was unsatisfied with the service and would like to cancel it and ask for a refund. I haven't received any reply or acknowledgment. I didn't get a refund either. According to the MyDesigns refund policies posted on the company’s website, if I am not satisfied with the service for any reason, I can get a refund within seven days of making a purchase. I requested the refund on the same day I made a purchase. I contacted the company via the contact form as suggested on their website. I contacted the company through the community message board. I didn’t get any response. It seems to me that MyDesigns avoids any communication while deceiving their customers. I would advise anyone to stay away from this company.
Mydesigns.io is truly a powerful tool for anyone in e-commerce, especially print-on-demand. The mockup generation tool is another huge asset, allowing me to create professional mockups in seconds, with the option to upload my own custom mockups. Plus, their AI image creation produces high-quality images, enhancing my product listings with minimal effort.
I have used mydesign several times to complete projects. You can just about do everything you need to do when digital products or POD in one location. You can cancel those other subscriptions and use MyDesigns for everything including state of the art mockups. Listen Etsy people, this is your key to get all of those listings in everyday because they have bulk uploads.
A time saving Machine! By Far the greatest software for POD creators out there. I love how much time I save on creating designs, resizing, upscaling and using AI to create tags and listing data for my Etsy products all in bulk! (100+ at a time!) Without this tool I would have never opened up an Etsy shop due to have time consuming creating mockups and listings is. Would highly recommend this software to those looking to publish to Etsy.
Mydesign is a great tool that automates all the aspects of your POD business. It makes it so easy to create designs using AI, create product descriptions and uploads. It's definitely the best tool out there!
MyDesigns is an incredible time-saving resource. It has allowed me to build out a large eccomerce store with several thousand unique products in a efficient way. The tools are easy to learn and having almost all the most needed utilities in today's creative world is is invaluable.
Hello, I've been using MyDesign for quite some time now. It’s the perfect platform for creating professional listings for my auctions, as well as for generating mockups of my products. I highly recommend it to everyone! I also greatly appreciate the professionalism of the forum support—no question or issue is left unresolved.
