I signed up with MyDesigns on August 6, 2023, and purchased a year of their Pro services. On November 25, 2023, the MyDesigns company ran a promotion for a Pro Plus plan that I purchased with the understanding that my previous purchase of the Pro plan would be refunded to me on prorated terms, as promised by the owner of MyDesigns, Curtis Blackmore, in one of the community board messages. However, the prorated refund was never issued. I wrote a message to the company asking them to look into it, but I never got any reply. After trying out the upgraded services for several hours, I realized they were not meeting my expectations (it was laggy and frustratingly slow), and I canceled the service on the same day, November 25, 2023, from my account page. However, instead of a refund, the note on my account stated that my cancellation was pending for a year from the day of purchase. I wrote a message to the MyDesigns company using their refund form, explaining that I was unsatisfied with the service and would like to cancel it and ask for a refund. I haven't received any reply or acknowledgment. I didn't get a refund either. According to the MyDesigns refund policies posted on the company’s website, if I am not satisfied with the service for any reason, I can get a refund within seven days of making a purchase. I requested the refund on the same day I made a purchase. I contacted the company via the contact form as suggested on their website. I contacted the company through the community message board. I didn’t get any response. It seems to me that MyDesigns avoids any communication while deceiving their customers. I would advise anyone to stay away from this company.
MyDesigns has everything a designer could want, but the real game-changer for me is the bulk listing and management capability. Setting up a single template for product listings has revolutionized my process, making it easy to apply changes across multiple listings at once. No more tedious, one at a time edits! The bulk graphic design output is also incredibly effective, adding to the software’s streamlined feel. On top of that, the customer service team is fantastic. They’re quick to respond, knowledgeable, and truly committed to helping you maximize every feature.
I just tried mydesign, it is very convenient to create my images, it saves me a lot of time in designing images, and I am sure to continue using mydesign.
I've searched a long time for the perfect tool for my art and designs. Many platforms exist, but none compare to MyDesigns. It's simply amazing – everything I need is there! The amount of time this software saves you buy doing bulk listings is incredible. The tools are amazing and their vision AI program optimizes your listings for digital or print on demand. Its easy to use with plenty of videos and there is a community group to help with situations that arise.
MyDesigns is one of the best when it comes to print on demand. It's features are sleek and makes the job of creating designs and uploading to sells channels like shopify and Etsy super easy. Their customer service is top notch, they pay attention to every suggestion and issues users have. It's also very beginner friendly compared to others.

Mydesigns.io is truly a powerful tool for anyone in e-commerce, especially print-on-demand.
