Since this tool is unique in the cloud space and by far the most reliable and comprehensive that I've tried, I'm tempted to give it five stars. If you're looking for tools to transfer data from cloud to cloud, I really don't see that we have any other similarly powerful and reliable options. However, to nit-pick: the interface seems cramped and hard-to-read; the error messages are often cryptic, requiring human tech support to figure out (they're always prompt and helpful however); and it's really not set it and forget it. (The options for transfer could be clearer, as well.) One really has to monitor transfers for failures, which are many depending on the platforms you're transferring to and from (Mega is particularly tetchy). I can go a week with no issues and then the next, transfers will fail regularly, requiring a manual restart. But that's really all the bad I can talk about. Otherwise, MultCloud is a powerful, indispensable tool.
