In terms of areas for improvement, I think they could work on their pricing a bit. While they weren't the most expensive option out there, I did feel like I could have gotten a better deal. Additionally, their website could be a bit more user-friendly. I had trouble finding some information I was looking for, and it took longer than expected. As an aside, if anyone is looking for cross country movers , I recently hired a company for that and they were fantastic. The process was seamless and I felt like I was in good hands throughout.
