What a great product and initiative I would say. I would really like to use it in near future.
I was looking for an app to help me take breaks at my desk, and Motion Minute has been great for that. It reminds me to pause and relax, especially helping with shoulder tension. And I don't need to look on my smartphone anymore ... Plus: The new update added six new exercises, which I really like.
Nice App. Was looking for something like a reminder because I sit at the deck all day. Its pretty simple and has a clean layout. Will continue to use it. Some stats would be nice to keep me motivated.
