If only it worked!!! Key features necessary for their system to work well (drive management and the ability work off of external non-ssd disks are missing. If you use a platter-driven external HD, it will get corrupted eventually and you have to start from scratch. There is a discord forum where if you pay attention to threads you might glean this, but it's not clear, and no actual functional tech support is evident. Emails and support requests are going unanswered. Many have been having the problem with their disks and corrupted libraries for years, with no one admitting there's a problem. I'm about to give up, but it's hard because there's no other solution that does this out there.
