I was skeptical about this AI chatbot at first, how well it would function and hadn't heard about this brand before. But so far, I can only say good things about it. Personalizing it for our webshop was a breeze with their user-friendly interface, and it actually works! Customers think they're chatting with a human, thanks to our settings. The ability to read back conversations is gold for business insights. Worth every penny!
I really like the fact that the interface is displayed in my own language and the generated texts are in correct Hungarian. Of course some post-processing is needed, but definitely less than using ChatGPT or Bing AI. Furthermore, in the case of these two AI's I have to describe exactly what I need and detail its content, while in Molin I simply have to select the appropriate template. Because that's the biggest plus: the abundance of pre-defined templates that make content generation easier and help you get the result you need, all in the simplest possible way. As it's a dynamically evolving service, the creators are flexible and listen to users. If there's a feature that many of you are missing, they'll include it! I like Molin AI! :)
