Started using MockUp Mark and it was super easy & quick! So I paid for premium, then all of a sudden it stopped working. I couldn't upload images and when I went to my account it said that I needed to upgrade to premium... wait?... what!?! I just paid for premium! I thought it had to do with my email address so I changed it and then it started to work again... strange! Now, it's not working! I'm working to a tight deadline and need to get this done asap! Here's the other thing, I can't even cancel my subscription because it says I need to upgrade from free to premium, when I'm already effin' paying premium! I reached out to customer support but alas there is no one to help me. Their Facebook, Twitter & Instagram accounts have not been updated recently! If I don't hear from customer support soon I'll have to go to my bank and do a chargeback!
