Super cool idea and easy to use. We use a service called Gleap for customer support and their AI summary of the feedback for in-app surveys and improvement suggestions has been really helpful. We're still small so reviewing all of our reviews manually isn't too daunting, but I can imagine this becoming increasingly helpful as we grow. My initial test of the service was on point! Congrats on the launch!
Another cracking Senja side-product, one of the few companies that make additional bits you actually want to use!
We used their summarization feature and are turning it into a LinkedIn post today.
Really impressive app. I just tested out my latest PoweredbyAI reviews from PH launch and it summarised pretty well. Also it highlighted some details that I forgot about it and will be useful for me to improve the application. I would suggest one small improvement, after all the generation the results to be sent via email or to be stored so I can access them later. Congratulations on the amazing application and good luck to you guys!
Some people pay k$ for it and the amazing Senja team just released a way for free/pennies 🔥
You can also try it with your competitor's URL if you play with it a bit :)
Congrats: @helloitsolly & @wilsonsquared !
This is absolutely awesome. Really neat idea with great execution. I found the "What you can improve" part especially valuable for really quickly highlighting points of friction for companies with over 50 reviews.
Really useful product, one need not go through all the reviews to get an understanding,
Would be even more helpful to brands if playstore and Google reviews can also be analyzed
Congrats on the launch Team Senja
Fantastic use of AI, @helloitsolly
This report will be invaluable for our marketing and messaging going forward. The accuracy of insights from our 199 x G2 reviews is impressive.
A feature request from me would be the ability to run a comparison of two different companies' G2 reviews with an emphasis being on where there is overlap (me too features/reviews) and uniqueness.
