When it comes to competitive analysis, we’re very satisfied with the precision and quality of our reports — especially when benchmarked against major players like Brandwatch and Meltwater. We’re currently leveraging GPT-4o, which has delivered outstanding results in tasks like sentiment analysis, brand comparisons, and extracting actionable insights.
That said, we’re aware of an area we’re actively improving: the accuracy of mention retrieval. Since our platform connects through the Google Search API, some results still include non-editorial or overly commercial content, which isn’t ideal for our intended use case. We’re already working on better filtering to focus only on high-quality, relevant media mentions. Would love to hear your thoughts if you get a chance to explore it further!
