MeetGeek is absolutely amazing! And, the AI minutes and summary have completely changed my business. My business is primarily run by client consultations, and the summaries make it possible to move and review everything much, much faster! Big fan here!
So far I have been happy with MeetGeek's results. Sharing video recording and transcription with my team, and guests have never been this easy. While the transcription is almost always accurate, our team can manually edit the transcription whenever needed.

I highly suggest using a different app because of product unreliability and incredibly poor support. For the second time, a meeting wasn't recorded despite MeetGeek being present. The first time, I reached out to their help team and stopped getting responses from them after a few days. I've emailed them twice since and received no response. I just contacted them again letting them know the issue has happened a second time, and we'll see if they respond.
