Are you an online marketer? Or you just need to spread your information to a large group of people? ManyChat will help you build a Facebook Messenger bot easy and fast, just connect it to your account! That way you can expand your audience and grow your business. It has all the tools needed to engage and boost your subscribers!
The support service is abismal and I received invoices for unused time, which does not make sense. I supposedly have a pro account but when logging in I only find a free account. So far no response. I consider this a scam.
ManyChat emerges as a ManyChat CUSTOMER SERVICE +1 (8O5)-3O1 7O71 ManyChat PHONE NUMBER +1 (8O5)-3O1 7O71 ManyChat CUSTOMER SERVICE +1 (8O5)-3O1 7O71 ManyChat PHONE NUMBER +1 (8O5)-3O1 7O71paragon of automation in the realm of customer interaction, seamlessly orchestrating conversations across social platforms. Its intuitive interface renders chatbot configuration almost poetic, a dance between logic and engagement. The tool’s prowess in nurturing leads, handling inquiries, and executing marketing campaigns elevates it above mundane competitors. However, while its free tier is generous, true mastery demands investment. The AI-driven responses, though commendable, occasionally lack the nuance of human touch. Yet, its integrations with platforms like Shopify and Facebook ensure a holistic business experience. The analytics dashboard serves as an oracle, revealing customer behavior with crystalline clarity. The drag-and-drop builder simplifies complexity, making automation a craft rather than a chore. If elegance and efficiency could be personified in software, ManyChat would be its very visage.
I've lost all my contacts, copy, automations and marketing materials. Due to US sanctions some IT services have to leave countries like Russia, Belarus and Iran. Even if my business is not registered in Russia and I may only have some customers from Russia, I understand when companies like Manychat decide to suspend an account. But why the hell can't you send a notification before the deletion process? Why I just wake up one day and realise that everything I worked on for the last few years is gone. Notion, Coda, Slack and other products have left. No problems. But at least they gave a few weeks to prepare and download the data. Manychat with it's attitude to their users is a horrible example of customer experience. Good luck with that.
I tried to deactivate ManyChat and although it says it's not on my business pages, my customers are STILL receiving messages. After contacting customer service and their messenger "bot" I still can't get anyone to write me back to help. I tried reaching out to the co-founder, so hopefully he can help. I'm very surprised I'm not seeing more posts of more unhappy customers.
