The platform does not provide any preview of how the logos could look or are. Asks some questions and asks to pay for something we don't even know what is fact...
It was my biggest disappointment of the year. A random generator would probably have done it better. But so what? I've tried and I already know. The whole thing's semi unusable. The quality is terrible, the vectors detto, the designs are like elementary school. It was never clear to me what comes next and when is the moment from which you can't come back.

I was hopeful that because of the way it asks for descriptions of the project, and logo requirements that it would do a good job. Unfortunately you have to pay to see if it does a good job. Just put up low-res bitmaps and make people pay for quality vectors. How hard would that be? I downloaded their sample brandbook and the examples were pretty bad so that didn't sell me and then to come here and see people who paid and were not satisfied - well, that sealed the deal. They're not getting my money.

This is an ideal way to quickly and inexpensively get a proof of concept out. If you have an idea, but want more ideas or more importantly to get new ideas. I got 24 designs and two of them now can be explored with a human artist to refine.
This tool is great! I bought the 24 logo package (I recommend doing that amount if you're serious about getting great selection) and found 3-4 that were exceptional. I'll likely tweak them further with a designer, but I think this could be alleviated by the editor that I believe is being added. I was also super impressed with the customer support; a few of the logos were janky / low quality, and he immediately responded and re-generated those for me.
