We're so proud of MAGFAST - and thrilled with the reaction we've had from pretty much everyone who has seen it.
Getting this family of products to production has been way tougher than expected and we're blessed that our amazing family of backers have supported us amazingly along the way.
To be sure, we're not perfect and the project has taken way longer than expected, which sadly a few folks who aren't paying close attention have not interpreted correctly. But we're determined to do this the right way, haters be damned!
• We made some early mistakes, which cost time.
• We're being really, really fussy about getting this right, which takes a lot of time
• COVID slammed our supply chain and probably cost us at least an extra 6 months
As I write, out of the tens of thousands who have supported us there are a tiny handful whose contribution is now to suggest we're not 100% legit. You'll likely find one or two here as the comments start to roll in.

MAGFAST began designing and engineering a totally new concept for charging mobile devices. I got on board during the crowd funding process and am still totally onboard. I knew going in that the process was going to be long before the product would be delivered. MAGFAST updates its followers and supporters almost every week. As I have discovered, it takes a very long time to bring a quality product to market. Most chargers that I have purchased have not lasted very long and the workmanship has been basically dismal, which is why I no longer have those chargers. As an investor of sorts I have accepted the reality that my patience in waiting for the product to be delivered. I look forward to viewing the weekly video updates that show me work goes on everyday. Waiting for am exquisitely finished product that is of the highest quality is a part of the process. It is a positive thing, not a negative. I have received stellar customer service so far, which makes me think that they absolutely will deliver the product. The fact that they are willing to pay the "insurance" of the Norton shopping guarentee says they will do everything possible to get the product to me. No joke I am super stoked to see the excellent quality of this product when it gets here. Plus I cant wait to see if the jump started will actually start my diesel truck!

My Goodness, What a very special company ! By accident one day a couple of months ago, I was intrigued by the ad that Seymour, the owner, had posted on Facebook inviting everyone to a special video about the company having developed a new business and forthcoming product line. So, I took him up on it, and fell in love "head over heels". The products, now in the beginning stage of production, are for sure have never been seen or produced by anybody, or any consumer. An exquisite line of accessories for all of your charging devices. Seymour and his team has asked for early investors so that they can continue producing the very best of its kind, and from what I can see, it's going to happen. Seymour has taken meticulous amounts of time to cover every single detail in the production of each of his items. They have used such imagination, artistry, and creativity, much of which I've never seen in all of my 73 years on this earth. Since I did order several items in the line, not only for my needs and satisfaction, I'm also helping to invest in Magfast's production of their full product line. Obviously you see that I have not gone into any description of Seymour's new product line, cause I wanted to leave it to you and your curiosity. I trust that I will have accomplished that purpose. I'm just telling you, that Seymour is going to have a line of product very soon available to all of us that will literally "stun" the living delights out of his competitors. I can't wait to receive my items, and, if I were you, I would just take Seymour up on his offer, and click on his video to see more. Trust me, even if you decide not to purchase any of these items, I can bet that you will be extremely impressed with what is going to be soon available to the world !!!! I applaud you, Seymour. You and your amazing team should be extremely pleased with what you are planning to share with all of us hopefully "much sooner than later".

We've posted video of the tool making and just yesterday did a broadcast showing the remarkable final performance of MAGFAST Extreme. It's taken us over four years of hard work to get here - posting over 160 updates - yet in a couple of words you seem comfortable accusing us of criminal activity. Respectfully - watch the updates and the ramp. Please drop us a line at Hello@MAGFAST.com right away with your pre-order details and let's get you refunded right away. We only want folks who choose to be here with us on this journey and it doesn't sound like that's you.

SCAM. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY! THEY ARE PRETENDING TO DO A CROWDFUNDING CAMPAIGN TO TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT DELIVERING ANYTHING.
They are not working on developing any charger nor will they ever release one. They are pretending to be "in the process of" making something so you give them money. They are throwing fancy webinars, giveaway sessions (when it will get released - Haha), etc. all this is to get publicity so people ultimately put money into their scam.
They Actually are pretending to be a "crowdfounded" project, but the goal of this is to claim that they do not have any responsibility to ever release anything, as you put money towards allowing them to do anything, and if they fail in producing the item (which they will since they are not doing anything!), your money is gone anyway and there is nothing you can do.
Just look as this project have been going on for 3+ year with crazy marketing, webinars 6-10 times a week, giveaways, etc. and they still have not produced anything nor will. Anybody ever reviewed any prototype that we can see online? No. Any prototype video / development video to prove they are working on Something? No of course. The only results for "Magfast" on Google is their own website, nobody ever featured this product on their news article since it is a clear scam. But their marketing, webinars, and ads to sell pre-ordered products are everywhere.
Stay away from this as much as you can for your own good. And just wait till they get on Amazon and order it at that time (Haha good joke).

We're not sure why this gentleman has decided to engage in an online hate campaign. He's posted similar baseless nonsense in several places around the web.
An opinion that we should have delivered faster is fine. Objecting to our style is fair game. But you will quickly verify that most of what Mr Willame has posted above is simply untrue.
We honestly believe that if he took the time to follow what we've been doing, not only would he change is mind, but he would come away taken aback at the care and attention that is going into creating not just these products, but an effort to change our industry for the better.
We wish him well, of course.

@alexandre_willame As a supporter of SEVERAL INDIEGOGO and KICKSTARTERS, over the years, I have become familiar with the way some of these things go. When you think of it - isn't it quite amazing that average citizens can actually bring their amazing ideas to life - by starting crowdfunding campaigns? This sure wasn't possible when I was younger in the early 90's. Anyway, the amount of money required to start a business from idea to manufacture to shipping is INSANE. And trying to do it in the most economical fashion means a lot of these companies can't always do it the fastest. The MAIN think you want to look for when supporting a campaign is COMMUNICATION and RESPONSIVENESS. Why am I still with MAGFAST, hook, line, and sinker for almost 3 years? Because THEY COMMUNICATE and RESPOND. I had even lost my email account that I had signed up originally with them, and they were able to find my account and switch me to a new email when I hadn't communicated with them EVER, and that was a year and a half after I pre-ordered. I had to email them OVER and OVER because I was mailing from a new account and it was getting spammed by their account. But when they finally saw it, they were SUPER APOLOGETIC and got me squared away. Additionally, they have been updating customers with webinars CONTINUALLY for all this time. I have emailed them about the products, and they let me know what is going on. They are trying to create the best set of chargers we will ever need, and then they get hit with a PANDEMIC in CHINA????!!!!! --the place where all startups go to inexpensively create new marvels of technology (so we can have them at the cheap prices we want) What bad luck.
I have been in constant communication with MAGFAST since I reconnected and I hate to see all these bad reviews against them, because I know how hard they are trying to bring these products to us. And if bad reviews kill the company, because people don't understand startups and also don't realize HOW MUCH THIS COMPANY COMMUNICATES to its CUSTOMERS, then none of us are going to benefit from their great ideas!
All the companies I have supported have delivered their product, but it was usually months or years past the original deadline. This is just the nature of the beast of crowdfunding. I work in Corporate America and I know how much time it takes to get a product or release to market, and that is with an entire established company behind you. I can't imagine what it must take to be a small startup. The fact that they are able to do what they are doing and still stay in contact with their supporters like they do, I find fascinating.
I would ask that all the reviewers below that give their 1 star reviews, that they write back in another follow up to their review that MAGFAST took care of them and gave their money back or explained to them the true situation and they understood and decided to keep supporting.
What is the alternative? We want these products, don't we? Isn't that why we ordered them? If we don't support them, then we get nothing. I, for one, want to see them succeed, because I want the products.
When i saw the bad reviews, what caught my eye the most, was that MAGFAST was responding to them ALL! That's the same experience I have had. They behave like the family they branded themselves as "MAGFAST Family", so keep supporting them, and if you love their idea, then send your money in and let it spawn this new line of chargers that I can't wait to use. I really want that AIR charger with the WALL charger stuck on it giving it power, sitting over there on my writing desk with NO CABLE, even if I have to wait another year. I actually bought a 2nd AIR recently because I know the significant other is going to be jealous....

Unselfish service to customers is the way I describe the team at MagFast.
We all know, it is rare to find any company that “goes the extra mile”, but I must say I’ve found one with MagFast.
I’ve found they always delivered what they say they will do, especially during difficult manufacturing circumstances we are all experiencing during the current pandemic. They have and will continue to deliver above expectations.
