Almost a scam, really pathetic. I've been paid twice, and then again every month. I've used many services, but this is the first time I've been paid triple. I am surprised and saddened. How about the product? I can't use it... If the product was better, it would be better. Worst product ever! This is a legit scam. I want to reduce the number of people who feel like this.

The first issue I encountered was with the Google Ads account connection, which was eventually resolved, but not without significant time and effort on my part. However, other issues persisted, including problems with catalog availability and Canvas Ads. Despite numerous attempts to rectify these issues, they remained unresolved, causing significant disruption to my business operations. Furthermore, the platform failed to accurately reflect my Facebook Ads account, with many of my ads and campaigns not appearing in Madgicx. The support team's explanation for this was unsatisfactory, suggesting that the platform could only pull assets that had already spent money on Facebook. This is a significant limitation that was not made clear to me when I signed up for the service. The most frustrating part of my experience, however, was the lack of effective customer support. Despite numerous interactions with the support team, I was left feeling unheard and unimportant. My concerns were not addressed in a timely or effective manner, and I was often left waiting for days for a response. In the end, I requested a full refund due to the platform's inability to meet my needs and the significant disruption it caused to my business. However, this request was denied, with the blame being placed on me for the platform's shortcomings. In conclusion, my experience with Madgicx was deeply disappointing. The platform failed to deliver on its promises, and the customer support was inadequate. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this platform to think twice. There are other platforms out there that offer better functionality and superior customer support. Save your time, money, and frustration and look elsewhere.
I recently noticed that Madgcix charged me without my consent, even though I did not authorize the payment. My invoice number is 49099, and I have reached out to request a refund. This kind of practice is unacceptable, and I expect a prompt resolution. I urge others to be cautious when dealing with this company. I hope they take responsibility and process my refund as soon as possible.
If you’re thinking of trying this company, do yourself a favor and don’t. I asked for a refund after realizing their product wasn’t what I needed — I didn’t even use the trial for 10 minutes. I provided evidence of what misled me using AI search results, only to be told by support that AI isn’t reliable. Yes, you read that right. The company’s entire service is based on AI… but when it’s inconvenient for them, suddenly AI can’t be trusted. Palm. To. Face. 🤦♂️ Camie from support clearly has a sky-high IQ — managed to contradict the entire business model in one email. Impressive. They twisted my explanation, ignored the actual problem, and hid behind policy while pocketing the money. Classic. I’ve already disputed the charge with my bank, and I’ll be warning others to stay far away. If you enjoy throwing money at a wall this is the company for you.
