Think about the best jobs page ever -- insights about the founders, team you'll be working on, culture/attrition, market size, competition, product usage, customer feedback, product hunt launches ;), avg pay, reviews from blind, etc There's so much private company information out there just waiting to be uncovered and used to help folks make a decision :)
