Unos caraduras Lástima no haber leído antes los comentarios que veo por aquí porque, efectivamente, son unos caraduras y he perdido mi dinero. Compré por 6 € una suscripción mensual de prueba y, a la semana siguiente, es decir, antes de que pasara el mes y pudiera cancelarla si quería, me cobraron los otros 34 € por el resto de la suscripción convencional. Seguro que en algún sitio, pequeñito pequeñito, avisarán de que van a hacer esto, confiando en que tantos, tantísimos, no lo vamos a leer. Les deseo una pronta quiebra por sus prácticas fraudulentas.
Quise adquirir un plan de prueba por sólo un mes al valor de 17 euros, autoricé el pago y a continuación apareció una oferta de plan anual por 93 euros. Quise pasar de página y ver más información porque la navegación no daba la opción de rechazar, y automática me cobraron la suscripción anual sin siquiera autorizar el pago. Ahora tengo los dos cargos en la tarjeta de crédito y cuando los contacto para reclamar me dicen que las suscripciones no son reembolsables. Es decir que realizaron un pago sin mi autorización y se niegan a reconocerlo, básicamente me están robando.
BEWARE THEY ARE A SCAM! they fish you with a face yoga challenge for full refund if you complete it in one month without interruption. However they will send you access to the product 3 weeks later you sign for it, and once you finally start the program, the app works for literally ONE day and then shows a still "good evening sweetie" screen. No content , no menu, no buttons to press, NOTHING, just that screen. In the meantime, LESS THAN A WEEK AFTER they finally sent the product, they already charged your credit card for a renewal. yes, a renewal of a service they have not provided!!! I deleted and installed the app again and again to no avail. Same screen .. . Each interaction with customer service takes 2 days to get a response, and most of the time you will get automatic responses, like : "the app is not working, I cannot see any content" RESPONSE: "Dear customer, please sign into your account in this link and download the application ". in a nutshell, product delivered late, product not working, no yoga challenge but 2 payments debited from your card!! The product still does not work, worked for the first day only, but they wont refund the initial payment. Customers service response: "Dear customer we are sorry the app did not meet your expectations!!" . STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM
BAD EXPERIENCE I had with this app! It's an advertisement that deceives users... I signed up with enthusiasm when they offered their free plans, and then without warning and in a dishonest manner, they charged me for the annual subscription at an excessively high amount! I think they act in a dishonest way, deceiving people into getting their more expensive services! A dirty way of working. I want my money black!
There is NO FREE TRIAL / CHALLENGE they DO NOT HONOR MONEY BACK AND THEY WILL CHARGE YOU DURING REQUIRED TIME DOUBLE THE AMOUNT OF THE TRIAL. THIS IS A SCAM STAY FAR FAR AWAY!! I tried contacting customer service and they just keep trying to barter with percentages back instead of honoring the refund of the challenge that I completed AND refunding subscription for the second month that I DID NOT WANT OR USE.
It's a shame when customer service ruins the product. The app and product itself is interesting. If you have the time and discipline, its recommended. However, the ability to cancel or change your subscription is a total failure. If feels intentionally confusing and complicated. To quote their response, "Besides, our billing is handled by third-party platforms which are picky regarding business cooperation." The "Besides" underscores the lack of attention or respect for the customer. And I only say that because I have other subscriptions that are simple to manage. I want to say that a messy payment system is Luvly's problem, but clearly it was mine and cost me money.
Visited the Android App store and came across a barrage of complaints. While the ones related to user experience of the app, and volume of content (or lack thereof) might be legitimate grievances; many others are more in the nature of unrealistic expectations. For instance, one reviewer claims to have used the app's exercises twice daily for a week, but with no results. You can provide some 'How It Works' advice to nip such queries in the bud. Firstly, it is physiologically impossible to obtain results in one week, when the skin itself regenerates in 6 weeks. Three months would be a more realistic span to observe results. Also, the outcome will depend on the initial condition of the skin. Older users, especially 40+ will have a more daunting challenge than others. Iron out these wrinkles: temper their expectations, and provide a realistic timeline, in Quarter -Year chunks, for genuine results. Best wishes to Your venture, going forward.
