Lusha is a handy tool for quickly finding contact information, especially for B2B outreach. It’s user-friendly and integrates well with other platforms, but the accuracy can sometimes be hit or miss.
Very poor customer support. They just keep pestering for renewal payments and entire year there is no support or inputs. Also the product is very opaque and tough to use. Missing hubspot integration is a MASSIVE NO NO
Pretty good results vs cost. Still some inaccurate results. Much better than Rocket Reach in my experience where many of the results were simply incorrect and therefore entirely unhelpful.
