- The website is very unclear about what can be used for free for an experimentation and what requires a subscription. I organized a 1st roundtable as a test and thought i was in a free trial : after 15mn, Livestorm told me it could expel everyone in 5mn if I did not pay. I never had this information before. I found myself paying 120EUR for a month whereas I am not convinced by the tool. - The app is complex to understand and requires to invest time to understand it. - For a roundtable, the question system is complex to understand - and hardly accessible to people who are on their phone. - I find it globally uneasy, not intuitive, and expensive, and I will go back to Zoom and GMeet in general, Teams for corporates.
Great, easy to use and easy for the participants to use, with great email notifications
I really had to stretch to find something to improve, but the MadKudu team loves LiveStorm. Their Zapier connection helped us quickly connect MadKudu to LiveStorm to score registrants as they signed up, and we can't wait to see this product grow & evolve!
